Privacy Policy
Cactus Bloom Enterprises LLC — Effective April 13, 2025
Cactus Bloom Enterprises LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at CactusBloomEnterprises.com and any associated mobile applications or digital services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our Services, and describes the rights available to you under applicable privacy law.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with its terms, please discontinue use of our Services.
1. Information We Collect
1a. Information You Provide Voluntarily
We collect information you choose to provide when you interact with us, including:
- Contact information: Your name and email address when you write to us at support@CactusBloomEnterprises.com or submit a support request.
- Account information: If our Services require account creation, we collect a username, email address, and password (stored in hashed form).
- Communications: The content of any messages you send us, including support tickets and feedback.
1b. Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website or use our applications, certain information is collected automatically by our servers and analytics tools:
- Device information: Device type, operating system, browser type and version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, links clicked, and session duration.
- Network information: IP address, approximate geographic location (city/country level), referring URLs, and timestamps.
1d. Information Collected Through Mobile Applications (iOS)
When you use our iOS applications distributed through the Apple App Store, we may collect additional information depending on the permissions you grant and the features you use:
- Device identifiers: We may collect the Identifier for Vendors (IDFV) — a non-advertising device identifier Apple assigns per developer — to associate app sessions across launches. We do not use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for ad targeting.
- Push notification tokens: If you grant permission to receive push notifications, Apple provides a device token we use solely to send you notifications you have requested. You can revoke this permission at any time in iOS Settings.
- On-device permissions: Our apps request only the device permissions required for their features (such as camera, photo library, or location). Each permission request explains why it is needed. Granting or denying a permission does not affect your ability to use unrelated features.
- In-app analytics: We use privacy-preserving analytics tools to understand how features are used within our apps. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users. No data is shared with third-party advertising networks.
- Crash reports: Crash and diagnostic data may be collected automatically to help us identify and fix bugs, subject to your device-level settings in iOS (Settings → Privacy & Security → Analytics & Improvements).
All data collected through our iOS applications is handled in accordance with Apple's App Store Review Guidelines and applicable privacy law. You can review and adjust app permissions at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security.
1c. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve our Services. These include:
- Strictly necessary cookies: Required for the Services to function (e.g., session management). Cannot be disabled without breaking core features.
- Performance cookies: Collect anonymized data about how visitors use the site, helping us identify and fix issues.
- Analytics cookies: Used by third-party tools (such as Google Analytics) to measure traffic and usage patterns. This data is aggregated and does not identify individual users.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our Services. Our Services do not respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals at this time.
